Scholarships are available for a single participant or a class.
To verify the financial need of the applicant, a letter of recommendation must be submitted by a
credible source, over the age of 18, that is familiar with the applicant’s family and financial
situation, for example: a leader in a local church, school, organization or government agency. The
verification must be submitted in the form of writing.
The written recommendation may be followed-up with a telephone call of confirmation.
Scholarships will be awarded toward participation of a single program.
Scholarships will be awarded according to date received and financial need as long as funds are
available. Generally scholarships do not exceed 50% of the total cost. Full scholarships
may be considered upon request of the applicant as long as funds are available.
Certain restrictions apply to funding as specified by individual grantors.
